If you have lost your packing slip and you would like to return and item for refund or exchange, then you will need to email us. When you ship your package, make sure you have included, on a piece of paper, your NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, ITEM ORDERED, and DATE RECEIVED.
